Before you start

Type it the way you say it. This form does not correct you, does not reject an entry it has not seen before, and does not need to be online. Approximate answers are useful. A blank is more useful than a guess.

Where a machine is written differently in two places, write both. Where you are unsure of a number, write what you know and add a note. We tidy the list on our side and send it back for you to confirm before anything is built from it.

Nothing here leaves your computer until you press Finish and send, which produces a single file for you to return to us. Network passwords, certificates and SIM details are deliberately not asked for, and are exchanged directly between your IT team and ours.

Send the site map separately by email. It is the one attachment that changes what we can configure before we travel.

Who we will be working with

Names, roles and emails. Write the role the way your site says it. Anyone listed here gets an account and the alerts their job needs.

Contact details stay on this computer until you send the file. They are used to create accounts and route alerts, nothing else.

The only thing that really matters is make and model, and the serial where you have it. Everything else we work out.

The quickest way: paste your list

Paste from a spreadsheet, an email, a maintenance report, anything. One machine per line. Any order, any language, any spelling. Commas or tabs, both fine.

Nothing is checked against a list. We read it back so you can see we got the lines right.

Machines that run without our equipment but appear in your production figures matter too. List them and write "no device" in the notes, so your cycle counts are not distorted by them.

Where does a radio signal reach, and where does it not. Partial is a normal answer. Unknown is a normal answer.

Your network

One question for your IT team

We do not ask for passwords, certificates or SIM PINs on a form. Your IT team and ours exchange those directly, on whatever channel your security policy prefers.

Tyres

Only if you are deploying tyre monitoring. Skip it otherwise.

How the site runs today

Optional. None of it is needed to install anything. It is what lets us show you, thirty days in, what actually changed.

What is left

Everything below is either needed before we can order hardware, or needed before the site goes live. Nothing else is a blocker.

When this is as complete as you can make it, press Finish and send. It goes straight to us and you get a reference number. If you are offline it saves a file instead, and you email that back whenever you are next connected.
